Wash the mouthguard after each and every use with soap and warm (not hot) water or it could lose shape and have to re-boiled and fitted again. Be sure to keep it in the container it was provided in, which should have ventilation holes to keep the guard dry, if it doesn’t…make some as bacteria on your mouthguard could get established .
